Gurl, take your sweet time losing weight.. this is faaar too little food. Have patience with it. Losing weight quickly will not only mess your relationship with food, but with your body aswell. Brain that is underfuelled will also not get more rational. I praise your efforts.. but, eat up, move, live and find balance thats gonna work long term xx

Do share more recipes! Why don't you have fresh coconut water? It is so much tastier than Raw pressery! In Mumbai you can find people who'll do home deliveries every day for coconut water

Try roasting the chickpeas in a pan with some salt, pepper, and red chilli powder before adding them to the salad. It'll add a smokey taste and crunchy texture. Game changer.

do not drink coconut water directly from the packaged bottles or a coconut itself.. I've seen a vid where it was contaminated ( coconut water from storia)
also if it tastes & smells different, don't drink it. much love for this video😍❤️

Unless ur 90 pounds u will lose weight but not gain muscle mass and calories are too low that’s a toddlers day of eating. Oh and if ur doing strength which I assume u are then you’ll just loss muscle mass as ur body enters catabolism because it’s unable to properly build the muscles again. This is genuine advice no hating just feedback.
