With their new Hokkaido Festival Seasonal Menu, you can opt for 11 seasonal items such as unlimited Hokkaido Meat cuts (Pork Collar/Jowl/Belly), potato mochi, crab & potato croquette, Sapporo Miso Ramen, Hokkaido Buta Don, Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream, and many more. Enjoy this with their variety of soup bases from Original Kombu, Chicken Collagen Paitan, Hot Miso, Tonkotsu, or Sukiyaki.

Being a meat lover, I thoroughly enjoyed all the various cuts of premium Hokkaido meat here. We also enjoyed the crab & potato croquette and the potato mochi. For a twist, try grilling that potato mochi. It’s really pretty good!
