3) walking is imp after eating
4) avoid eating naked carbs, eat whole grains over fine grains, include fibre in diet .

Meals ke sth ek acid dalne se fat cut krne ke chance 40% tk bdh jate h. Kyunki acid glucose spike ko kam krdeta h. But hr khane se pehle nimbu ya acv jesa acid lena practical nhi h. Toh din mein ek bar le skte h. 3 options - acv diluted in water, lemon on salad, curd. Go for any one of them. Bahar khane jane se pehle teeno mein se ek kr ke jaen junk food ka asar thoda km pdega. Just a tip not an excuse to indulge in junk food.

4. Get the order right
Khane mein pehle salad fr protein fe carbs khaen. Kyunki salad ka fibre stomach mein ek lining bna lega. Toh uske bad jo bhi khaoge vo dhire dhire digest hoga. Or lmbe samey tk energy milegi or unhealthy food craving bhi kam hingi. Or mitha agr khana h toh end mein khaen isse sugar level stabilize rhenge.

3. Move after eating
Khane ke bad light walk kro ya vajrasan mein betho. Isse digestion acha hoga. Ek study mein paya gya ki kisi bhi time ki 30 minute ki walk se bhi jyada acha asr khane ke bad di hui 10 din ki walk deti h.

1.1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water before a meal. Once a day.
Lemon water or squeeze lemon on your meal and lactic acid also work well.
2. Get the food order right eg..salad then chicken and finally bread
3. 10 minute walk after meal.

Hi Vivek, I have 2 questions. Would really appreciate if u answer these:

1. In your fruits video u said that one shouldn't have anything. 2 hours before & after eating a fruit. Can I eat a fruit empty stomach and drink my protein shake just right after it?

2. About an year ago, I got into the habit of daydreaming. I got so used to thinking about some imaginary fantasy that think about it even before sleeping & the entire night. That prevented me to get a deep sleep.

Now the daydreaming has reduced but I've got this sleeping problem where it has become my mind's default habit to think of something before sleeping, it could be anything random. And that doesn't let me sleep entire night, I don't get any deep sleep i feel since I'm conscious & think that it's very light sleep that I get.

How do I stop this problem, stop thoughts & get deep healthy sleep?
