Looks like an unorganized mess in movement.
The floats in the rear are louder than the ones in your face, and why do they stop? Just keep moving! Glad I didn't go, probably thrice as long to and fro, for the hour to watch this mess.

I have never went to a parade where you can just walk out in front of the the floats😮 I didn't know what was a float or an act as opposed to the crowd
