I blame Mourinho for Martial case. Taking away his no. 9 jersey was the biggest blow to his early development while Martial still building the foundation of his gameplay. Also happenned to no. 7 Cavani, when he forced to accomodate the no. for a fan favourite. You took away a player number, part of their confidence will lost & a sign of distrust.
