Dont need to break that little ledge, after remove the battery just push out the outside connection by pushing it by inside whit a small screwdriver it really pop out easy then after installing the new battery and the mother board all you have to do reconnect both connectors in one step.

I have just changed my battery as well. You really don't need to break off this plastic edge. Instead, you can push the contacts out of the casing (they are lightly glued), then reinsert the circuit board, and afterwards place the contacts back into the casing onto the contacts of the circuit board. 👌

I was struggling with getting the pins back in. Your solution worked like a charm! I didn't quite go as far as you but the guard bends quite easily. Thank you!

Thanks for the video, i did replace the battery, and now it's charging BUT there's nothing that coming out of speakers ?? any idea ?

So I’ve done this twice. My Sena 20s evo will not hold a charge. It will completely die and will not charge again. I think it’s my hardware board issue🤷🏽

Nice to see a video on this but removing the motherboard like that could easily damage the pins or the connection on the pins on the main board.

I would suggest prying the main connector as in my video to eliminate the possibility of damage. Sena 50S Intercom Battery Replacement
