Hi Jerry, I have had little success in the past with cooking Turkey on my Weber (normally too dry).
However, I tried your (thanksgiving) recipe for Christmas and these thighs were a total success.

I love your video's for weber q.
We usually have more than one weber q's - one for home and a smaller one for camping.
On special occaisons we love to roast/indirect cook on weber q - you can fit several chickens sideways on stainless steel trivet.
We love to camp - and I think this is a huge uncapped potential - somebody who could review camping stoves/cooking equipment and give an honest opinion - maybe have to change your name - Chicago (Outdoor Cook?)
Anyways I love your work - and I hope you continue to grow in 2022 - all the best.
