Chris- I think you're looking for an Article 5 Convention of States. 20 (with Kansas pending) of the required 34 states have already passed the resolution to have the Convention & term limits will be 1 of the topics debated & hopefully voted on there. If they pass something at the Convention, it will go out to the states for 38 of them to ratify. I think 3 Senate terms (18 years) is quite enough along with 6 House terms (12 years) for a total no more than 30 years. Biden would've been done in 1991, McConnell in '03 & Feinstein in '11 if we would've had these limits on. The likelihood of having these drueling vegetables in office would be way less
