Arizona universities move classes online and some students want a refund

Arizona's major universities have all transitioned to online classes amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Some students feel a refund or a credit is warranted.

Any other business wouldn't get away with this. Charge for services rendered ahead of time, they don't provide the full services paid for and yet refuse to refund. Class action lawsuit in the air.
