I hate how you say she plained it. No her grief took over and her powers went out of control. In the first epsiode she is just as confused and shocked at what was happening.

You must be wonder why she can just resurrect vision by her own power, but she didn't know how far limitations of her power going. Until all that happen when she used all her power like spontaneously changing everything since she was at her first "home". But, at the end she knows either her power or not she can't even bring back a genuine Vision. Only what she have a tiny memory left she had during with vision and that whats make a " fake" Vision.
