The feared Russian Heavy flamethrower TOS-1A operating in Ukraine

Russian Federation soldiers assigned to the Central Military District operate a TOS-1A Solntsepyok system. The Russian Artillerymen are filmed 1st January 2023 firing the BM-1 launch vehicle which holds up to 24 3.7m (12ft 2in) long, 217kg, 220mm thermobaric artillery rockets.
Although the Russian Military refer to the weapons system as a Heavy Flamethrower, its is a multiple rocket launcher, that Russian Soldiers observed, literally throws out alot of flames during the firing of its rockets solid fuel jet engine.
So why is this multiple rocket launcher so feared?
By design its a highly destructive weapon system, it fires unguided 220-millimeter thermobaric artillery rockets to obliterate large areas with great accuracy.
