Unseen Cave Temple of Shiva? Sathrumalleswaram, India

There is an ancient cave temple in a remote village called Dalavanur, India. The name of this Megalithic site is Sathrumalleswaram and was built in 6th or 7th century A.D. Inside, we find a giant lingam, which is a symbol of Shiva. But how could Ancient Builders create such a marvel?
