Should The Houston Dynamo Rebrand?

On September 9, 2020, it was announced that the Houston Dynamo were exploring a potential rebrand. This sparked mostly outrage from the diehard supporters.

I share my beliefs on what is currently wrong with the Houston Dynamo, and whether or not they should pursue this rebrand.

As someone that’s a dynamo fan, it’s true, in Houston you never see ANY dynamo representation besides being in the stadium. No one here cares about dynamo (besides a few of us) Rockets, Astros, and Texans have a ton of pride here while Dynamo is rarely seen anywhere

I think the Dynamo should change there logo and update to be more modern and advertise and do a better way to market in the Houston area and better tv deals, cheaper ticket prices. The rebrand should feel more Texan especially the name. If they were to change the name it should be Houston 36ers lol which would be generic and is not likely to happen. I would say keep the name and change the logo and the whole board. I like your videos Danny, you deserve a ton more subs keep up with the great work. You should do a video about your view on MLS playoffs and single table, great job man 👍

The dynamo doesnt market thier team locally, they also for years had a horrible local tv deals where most people in the metro area couldn't watch the team

They should not rebrand. It’s a good name and great colors... that won’t magically fix the attendance issue. Spending real money and being competitive will.
