We just wrapped up van build #18 - this custom crafted gear style van features 540 ah lithium Battle Born Batteries, a modular bed, an extra bench seat that converts into a secondary bed & so much more!
This is the first “gear” style van we have completed for a client with tweed upholstered panel walls and a cedar shiplap ceiling. This was built in a 2022 144” Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 Van

We are Sara & Alex James. After converting 2 vans for us to travel the US & Canada, we settled down in Boise Idaho, opened our own custom van conversion shop, and started our family. We now have converted over a dozen vans for clients, and love to share helpful tips for those interested in Van Life!
