Because Ed was in the hardware side of tech before the modern version of what we now call the “Tech Industry” was even a thing! So he’s seen & experienced a lot. And through it all, he managed to climb to Senior & Principal levels at some of the top companies in the world!

Let us know what questions you want us to ask our future tech guests and what kind of guests we should interview.

Firstly this particular show should've been longer. The guest you had on there had alot of knowledge and we didn't get capitalize on it. We need to more people like that old bell worker turned developer. He had alot to tell us damn man.

I’m currently trying to break into cloud engineering and architect. I’m a Construction Surveillance technician so I’m coming from a blank slate as far as knowledge on the subject. This video was helpful

Ed Frye was a really dope guest ! Extremely knowledgeable, the way he broke down everything he talked about it clear concise way is a testament to his experience. Hope he comes back.

I am an engineer and if you got a choice and the competency, it is better to be an engineer than a cloud architect IMHO. I looked up this video because the cloud architect I was closely working with got sacked. In fact we had many cloud architects sacked. The reason is an engineering role is more resilient whereas a cloud architect role is more vulnerable, because if the company drastically changes their goals, the architect won't have the skills to help achieve those goals whereas an engineer probably does.
