Actually if watch his stream his first build is fury hammer (to increase Clint's penetration in the early game) then endless battle and if he's snowballing he'll go straight to sky piercer and then boots, malefic roar, blade of despair and hunter strike

Woah my old meta build back on 2020 (rather than skypiercer i use scarlet because it dint exist that time), so that's why everytime i try to kill a squishy hero, only ultimate and first skill to finish it off

For movement speed just take great dragon spear use ur eyes

I would build thunder belt instead of sky piercer tbh, heroes like Clint, Lesley, Brody, etc, can benefit a lot from thunder belt, even if the effects are reduced by 50%.

I run a similar build but I use warcry instead

as an avid clint player with high winrate and a high rank player, not every game u can buy sky piercer, if youre losing or you always trade your life in fight, even though youre winning, just buy another item not sky . but if you snowball just go all in sky piercer and heptaseas, i hope this is helpful and i dont wanna see 2-7 clint still trying to finish skypiercer 😂
