What is Code Foundry Free Tech Bootcamp?
Code Foundry is a free, hands-on tech bootcamp created for startup founders and engineers looking to bridge the gap between concept and market-ready product. Sponsored by Capital Factory, Hispanic Hackers, and CircleSquare Labs, this program meets once a week as a hybrid class and offers comprehensive education on brand design, website creation, and app development. The aim is to bring together aspiring entrepreneurs and developers, providing them with the skills to collaborate on real-world projects and turn their ideas into functional products.

About Our Events

Bootcamp Day 1 and Brand Generation
In this meeting, we will discuss brand generation, logo graphic creation, and the impact of font and color choices. Our examples will use free resources like Gimp and Inkscape. However, all material also applies to paid counterparts like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Two take-home videos will be added to this Meetup page, which will provide a guide to setting up your computer for this program and hands-on graphics creation with free applications.
