Simple domains exist to defend yourself from domain expansions, so they should make it so you can only use it when the domain expansion cutscene starts.
Now it would be very broken if you were able to completely neglect all the effects of the domain so it should only weaken the effects insted of completely neglecting it.
For Thukuna’s, domain it should only decrease the amount of slashes hitting you every second.
For Go/jo’s domain, you would be able to move but you would be slowed down and random information would slowly flood your screen.
For -Gege’s hitman- Mahito, they just need to be closer to you for longer for you to die.
