Saying this theory is a long shot would be in it self a long shot…

For those who didn’t watch loki, the TVA even stated that everything the avengers did was suppose to happen regardless of time travel and rogers staying with peggy

So how did old Steve pop up if he was supposed to be dead?

Captain America didn't die though, he put the stones back and stayed with Peggy, he lived through everything and met up with Sam to pass on the mantle, seems like you forgot that part of Endgame.

bro needs to compete in the Olympics, because that was a record breaking leap of logic.

Kang the Conqueror and He who remains are 2 different variants of Kang

They need to bring back the actor for Kang

No he literally says Scott Lang right before saying you're not the one with the hammer, so what if this game was talking about a version of Scott Lang that became worthy and could hold Thor's hammer

That's why I don't like Alternate Timeline crap...it makes Fiction even MORE fictious to where it gets kind of rediculous sometimes. Kinda is just an automatic reset button that never plays out.

That detail from the first episode of Loki is pretty interesting

By returning the stones, the branch timelines were corrected and returned to being part of the sacred timeline as the event that led them to become branches was put back into place. The only remaining branching timeline was when Loki picked up the tesseract which Cap couldn't have corrected. So, no, Cap didn't encounter Kang while returning the stones. What Kang really meant was not Thor or Cap but, in actuality, was Scott Lang in a timeline where he'd proven himself worthy and wielded Mjolnir. Kang, being the smartest person in the multiverse, certainly knew who the Avengers were which is how he so readily named Scott Lang correctly.

This makes so much sense because capt had a suit very similar to antman

"Have I killed you before?" Is the line that really sets the tone of Kang

Kang knew who Thor was, he used the phrase as an intimidation tactic to scare lang.

It can't have happened that way cause the old cap showed up and gave sam the shield and knew what was going on cause he said he took Tony's advice and got some of that life he was talking about but it was pretty good theory none the less

MCU Kang couldnt even beat Antman so he isn't touching Thor or Cap
