Power Rangers Mystic Force is a gem that isn't spoken of as much as other seasons, but I remember most for how much it freaked me out growing up. To the same importance, it also had some amazing character moments, acting and writing, some of which I wish to highlight in this outing. Magical Source... you know the rest!

Mystic Force was one of the best seasons from Power Rangers. I remember watching the whole season when it was airing on Jetix.

I wished they could’ve gave the other rangers a focused episode.

Mystic Force made my childhood and is my #1 favorite. It was actually the first season that I got to tune into all the way from the premiere. It's definitely eccentric if not unique in almost every way; from the capes, the female blue ranger and male yellow ranger scheme, the zords being the rangers themselves instead of vehicles/mechs, a nuclear family of rangers (Nick, Udonna, and Leanbow), and not to mention featuring Rita Repulsa as a completely changed character. It gave me chills when Snow Prince revealed that she is the magical source, meaning that she, who was literally the Power Rangers' biggest foe once, now serves as the new team's overarching guide, and they evoke her name whenever they morph. It's a small detail but with so much lore, love that.

Thanks for reminding me how great Mystic force was. Watching this show as a kid sometimes scared tf Outta me due to it's magical and sometimes weird stuffs but it always stood out from other power rangers because of these reasons alone. Right now I'm in my early 20s realising how lucky late 90s kids and early 2K kids were, we got to witness such a gem of shows like Mystic force, SPD, Dino Thunder, Operation over drive, Jungle Fury, Ninja Storm and many more. I'll always remember and cherish those golden memories!

Honestly before even watching this video i have to say that Mystic force had one of my favorite theme songs by far and one of my favorite characters in the PowerRangers series being Chip, chip is one of those characters who i wish had larger side stories, the thought of him being an apprentice to daggeron and becoming a knight just screams awesome.

I'll be honest, I had chills when Octomus appeared in The Return. He resembles Chthulu in design, and seeing what his version of Earth would've looked like was basically the equivalent to stepping into your own nightmares and never being able to wake up, even when you're awake, because it's real.

I liked the last few episodes fighting against the ten terrors. Especially vs Oculus the hunter. Being able to go into another dimension and de-molecularize people sounds like a great super power to have.

The only thing that actually really scared me when I was younger in the power rangers was wild force’s intro when the white ranger jump down and was like scratching the air💀 I have no idea why

I remember seeing the latter episodes when everything went monochrome for some reason (I jumped in the middle of episode so nothing makes sense), then I questioned myself "is this really power ranger? this felt too complex for a child to watch" 😂
