Adobe Flash Player: Download/Install

I have had a few e-mails now regarding Adobe Flash Player so I made a quick video on it. In this video I show you how to download and install Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is needed to view multimedia, execute rich internet applications, and streaming audio and video.

it keeps bringing me to the help page when I try to download it and im going to the right website too

in atept to download it says THE DOWNLOAD IS BLOCK AND THE COMPANY POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW. How ever what is the official web site

I can't even view it because I receive  An error occurred, please try again later.  Learn More.  The learn more doesn't help.  I have searched on the net, no fixes for this.  I can view youtube on chrome but not firefox.

Actually, When you try to download flash on google, It fails, So better use mozilla fire fox
