Lime Daiquiri
Ingredients:
• 60ml of white rum
• 22.5ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
• 22.5ml of simple syrup
• Ice
• Lime (to garnish)
Instructions:
1. Add 60ml of white rum to a shaker
2. Add 22.5ml of freshly squeezed lime juice to the shaker
3. Add 22.5ml of simple syrup to the shaker
4. Add ice to the shaker then shake
5. Strain into your chilled cocktail glass
6. Garnish with a wheel of lime on top
