I’m new to the channel as of two weeks. Been eating this all up as a lifter and student of the iron game for 14 years. I am able to follow through all you guys talk about here, but I want to bounce some thoughts and ideas off you guys as I have a lot to share too. Stuff that I think no-one talks about when it comes to building “lasting muscle.” What’s the best way to get some dialogue going?

Wouldn’t I need to drop the weight to go from 8 rep range to 20 ? Is that ok as obviously o simply can’t do 20 with the same weight as 8
