It was definitely a punch. I watched the video several times. His hand went from open to a balled up fist straight to Herbert's stomach. No he didn't throw with all his force but he still did it. Just happy Herbert is the better man and actually complimented Heyward as a player.

Colts fan here, have no dog in this fight but come on!!! I’ve watched the video multiple times, it wasn’t a punch! Seriously?! A punch?! I’m going to get in McAfee’s podcast, he has to be talking about this. A punch?! Get the $&@* outta here, a punch?! He literally lost his balance, fell forward and pushed off Herbert to get up. It was NOT a punch and he should NOT be fined. Put him in that position again and let’s see Cam reach back to punch, there would be more of a reaction than what Herbert did on the follow through.
