1971 Moto-Ski Mini Sno Drive Cog Repair

Mostly doing this for my own record when I have to fix it again down the road. The main drive cog was balded to nothing, so I had to make a new one. Show notes:
At 2:19, I meant Chain Case, not Crank Case
At 8:46 It is clearly NOT a leaf spring

nice u got that off the sprocket I am having a problem I have a 68 zephyr. might need a puller.

Hello, I have the same cog to replace but don't know how to drop the shaft.
Ive unscrewed both sides but cant get the shaft out could you enlighten me.
