hey there bro, cheers for the explanation. Just wanted to ask, if I don't want a full day but instead, just the amount of hrs I'm working for that day, do I just input my shift start time and then the total hrs I'm working for that day in the daily amount section.

For some reason Im submitting a request but nothing shows on the calendar directly afterward. It's as if nothing happened and my request doesnt exist. This software sucks so bad.

Hi there could you please let me know if I selected full day or half day how system will identify what full day and half full day is either 9 hours or 12 hours or 8 hours how system will identify that ????

What I don't understand is how it is possible that the accruals are in hours and paycodes are in days at the same time. Or is it that I don't understand? . If you can answer before you release the video, it would be great. Thank you so much.

I have two team members who are unable to request time off at the time clock but everyone else can. There is an issue in the setup I am sure, I just can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.
