Make (3 portions)

Ingredients
150 g cottage cheese (paneer)
8 tosp milk
1+1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1+1/2 tbsp honey
90g dark chocolate, melted

Process-
1.Begin by crumbling the cottage cheese (paneer) to ensure it blends smoothly.
2.In a blender, combine the crumbled paneer, milk, cocoa powder, honey, and melted dark chocolate.
3.Blend the mixture until it resembles a thick chocolate smoothie.

Set it for 4 hours in container of choice and garnish with some cocoa powder just before serving :)
