Attorney Steve the term harm is this the same as legal injury and if so if someone was caught naked in there backyard could the injury be there dignaty? Also does the 4th amendments right to be left alone as first mentioned in OLMSTEAD VS U.S. apply to both public and private parties. Great video Steve thanks again.

I'm being harassed here on youtube. The uploader has made several false light posts and videos. To prove false light do they need to use my Legal name or is my youtube handle enough? In addition he has uploader false information about me for the last six months. Other than submitting privacy violation complaints what language do I need to use to get youtube to so something about it?
