I had a sugar glider over a decade ago, her name was Wednesday and she was my little bestie. She's since passed away but videos like these make me think of her and how fun and sweet she was. Honestly, people are blessed to experience the joy of so many different creatures.

Such sweet creatures, so fragile and vulnerable when kept as pets. I hope anyone who plans on doing so makes sure to do the right thing by them: they must have companionship else they get terminally lonesome. They should be bonded from an early age by their carer, it's not so easy otherwise. Their environment shoyld be safe, free of stress and chaos. I beg of anyone to not do what so many have done; purchasing a lone critter on a whim and keeping them in a home full of noise, arguments, barking dogs, no friend or entertainment. So many have died from heartattacks, malnutrition or starved themselves through loneli ess. Please folks do the right thing, these are of the more difficult animals to keep as pets ❤

When you give a pet some food, a warm safe place to sleep, some attention/affection, and a tasty treat every so often you get a best friend who will be there for you in good times and bad. Also when your pet is affectionate towards you you know for certain that it’s genuine and pure. There’s no ulterior motive except for a possible belly rub. A good friend like a dog/cat for example often will defend you and you will defend it. So please if you care about the well being of a prospective pet be sure that you can take care of it before you take one home.
