In this video, Eckhart Tolle discusses the paradox of conscious manifestation, emphasizing that being in a state of appreciation and alignment with the present moment is more crucial than having a clear vision. He explains that fully engaging in whatever you do with complete attention enhances the quality of manifestation. Eckhart Tolle also highlights common obstacles, such as not being able to give fully to the present moment due to fear or holding back, which can reduce the energy put into actions.

I have tested everything mentioned over the last 20 years. It’s true. Just be and trust life. The more you obsess over ANYTHING will give you suffering and the opposite result. It’s because all is one. When you obsess, want, complain, or resist you cause a separation in life and this requires a lesson to make life whole again. Just flow, be present and allow life to do its thing and one day you will wake up and realize life is perfectly the way you wanted.

I’ve found myself no longer stressing over procrastination of projects. I now see it as a lack of being fully committed at the moment. Then in time without much thought about it I’m into the project and fully engaged. I’ve learned not to force anything and that has changed my life ✌🏻💙

Being a musician myself I totally get and identify what Eckhart is referring to. The beauty of playing live is really not thinking of anything but the moment, it's magical

That is so true. Was walking in a beautiful neighborhood last week, fully present, focusing on my feet touching the ground and appreciating every little detail. The very same day I found a nice apartment to rent near that area on a rental site. And felt OK with the price point that was a bit higher than what I was willing to spend.

Recently I realized that I was thinking of by spiritual elevation like a place in the future to get to. Something to achieve and aim to. And kept my mind occupied on things I was doing or not doing to get there. Suddenly the idea that everything that I do can be consider an exercise in spirituality. I don't need to change my life to get to be more spiritual, I need to bring spirituality to every second of my existence. This is my spiritual journey, which is unique and unrepeatable. Appreciating every second of my life feels like loving yourself.

I literally waited 12 years to hear this video. Likely I was not ready to have received its message until now. Very grateful.

What I got from this was that if you attach yourself to the outcome you desire, you dissipate your consciousness, degrading your own power, and the thing you desire is less likely to manifest itself.

Thanks Eckhart!

I can relate . My passion is tennis . In the last 11 months, my game (techniques and skills ) has improved significantly, astronomically more than the last 30 years of playing !
I was more conscious of each step in what I was doing, not in any hurry, and not concerned about the outcome. A new method of striking the ball was discovered ….. then another. One after the other they came. I was improving in areas I had not thought possible. My tennis buddies were astonished and impressed by the improvements and the quality of my shot making abilities. And I was enjoying myself completely.

When I got too attached to the result, things got really overwhelming and difficult. Now that I have the goal in mind, I do the best I can every day towards it, both don't obsess over having it. And I'm getting there! His words ring true!!

The following quote (she had tweeted it) by Byron Katie has helped me immensely. She also had an instantaneous awakening like E. Tolle. "If I had a prayer, it would be this: 'God spare me from the desire for love, approval, and appreciation. Amen.'" My anxiety level plummeted after I read this.

Gosh, this makes so much sense to me now! I've been blocking myself from moving forward simply because I've been focussing far too much attention on what I want to happen, instead of simply enjoying the steps I'm making to get there. Thank you 🙏

Yes, because the outcome is the "future", but ultimately what we deeply all want is to be in a state of enjoyment of that outcome and that enjoyment can only ever be in the present moment. Attaching to the outcome can hinder you because you're not living life, you're waiting for your prize in the future and that's a cycle that goes on and on because as with all attachment, it's never enough even when you get or achieve what you wanted. The point is as ever to align yourself with the now, the outcome is simply gardening and practical planning of your steps to come, and again, as always, who knows what the future holds. A vitally important lesson in my opinion.

This is what exactly shree krishna in bhagwadgeeta tells everyone :- do your deeds, do not worry about the outcome..

I needed to hear this. I am struggling because I'm focusing too much on the future outcome. I have to focus on the now, on the journey.

Thank you Eckhart for your book, “Awakening to your Life’s Purpose” a New Earth. It changed my life. I had a spiritual awakening that occurred and not only did I release my childhood trauma and grief, I gained the wisdom of the universe. All we have is NOW!! It’s called the present because it’s a gift!!! 💝 all else is maya 🤪☺️

I relate it to tennis too. I can play better when I’m focused at this moment rather than thinking about what just happened, what is going to happen. Cutting down the desire to win which will create stress n distractions and focusing on this moment allows me to play better and win the game at the end. Thanks for reaffirming the power of now. 🙏

Thank you for this pleasant reminder of being deliberate and focusing on what I'm doing in the present moment. I have to be reminded of that every so often, especially when I become too overwhelmed with the outcome of a goal.
