My favorite going out top in 2009 was one of those tank tops that fit slightly looser & was completely covered in sequins. I'd sometimes pair it with a tuxedo blazer, & I thought it was the most sophisticated look ever😂

I'm 35 and I still say "going out top", sometimes "going out clothes", but since 2020 I also sometimes say "those are in the laundry because I wore them to the cashwise and now they're covid clothes" while putting on sweatpants and a "staying inside" t-shirt 😂
