I presented Trevor Watts' Moire Music on the US West Coast in 1995. I met Nee-Daku Patato during that tour. He spent a week in a hospital in Eugene, Oregon while recovering from what seemed to be a heart attack. He was a gentleman and a total sweetheart. I think of him often and remember him fondly. Peace.

Saw this show on the same tour at UCW Aberystwyth. I think Barclay James Harvest was Support and during their set gate crashers phoned in a bomb scare so they could get in for free when the all clear was given.

BJH played very introspective and melancholy songs and Osibisa the opposite. Was it a good or bad pairing? Inspired, I reckon.

Strange there is no mention of Kiki Gyan in the credits yet we knew he was Osibisa's outstanding Keyboard player unless he was not in the line up for the Royal Abert Hall gig.
