Blackpool Airport & Rural Lancashire - 4K Drone Footage - Flight Simulator Footage Capture

One of our most exciting projects to date.
We were tasked by our private client who has invested in an industry grade helicopter flight simulator. Whilst most flight simulators have high resolution footage imbedded in their software for mainstream airports such as Heathrow, smaller airfields are usually a rough generation from satellite imagery.

We were not only able to legally and safely capture Blackpool Airport in it's entirety for our client, but also capture their own uniquely chosen location to be digitised for their simulator.

To optimise the footage provided to the simulator manufacturer for digitisation, we not only provided a complete aerial view of how this should look for our clients, but up-close ground level shots of all building facades and signage to further enhance the life-like look and feel when the simulator is in operation.

Our services enable flight training schools and aviation enthusiasts to have fully optimised flight simulators for training and recreation at a fraction of the price it would cost to gather this footage through helicopters and photographers.
