i have decided to stop this addiction no matter what. Its now Ramadan and I have, unfortunately, done these acts a few times (after breaking the fast). As I am writing this there are a few days left to laylatul Qadr, insha Allah I will be able to stop this addiction and will ask for forgiveness during laylatul Qadr (may Allah accept it). I will be giving updates on how it went and how I feel + the benefits. I will pray for everyone that is trying their best to stop this addiction. May Allah forgive our sins, Ameen.
