Yep! I'd say that 'have something done' sounds slightly more formal than 'get something done', but they are the same

Questions are the same as always - question word / auxiliary / subject / main verb. Where did you have your hair cut? When did you get it fixed?

No active / passive, because this form is already a kind of passive. E.g

He cut my hair
My hair was cut (passive)
I had my hair cut (like passive)

I had my hair cut (last week) = finished moment
I have had my hair cut = present result (look at it...do you like it?)

See my video on past simple and present perfect for more information. Elementary level is quite easy.

Thanks for watching

Thank you very much for your explanation, it was great, but I still have some questions. How can I make questions using caustive? and how can I use causative in an active and passive way?
I appreacite your help.

Pretty easy subject, but important nevertheless. Great lesson!
One thing bugs me a bit though. There's virtually no difference in meaning whether you use 'have' or 'get' other than the phonetic impression, right?

I'm not completely sure why is there "I've had my hair cut." Can I use just "I had my hair cut."?
Thanks for lesson though. Thanks to your channel I've learned more than I did for three years in school. (and that's probably the reason why is that sentence wrong) :)
