What is ETL for Beginners | ETL Non-Technical Explanation

Nice video, however, it should be 'staging' (pronounced stay-jing if that helps) area, where the data is stored or STAGED temporarily before transferred to its destination... Stagging (as pronounced in this video) isn't a word that exists nor relevant in this context.
