Interview with pianist Eduard Kunz

Eduard Kunz has been playing the piano since he was 5. At 35, he is one of the most appreciated pianists in the world - BBC Music Magazine has named him among 10 tomorrow's great pianists. Born in Siberia, Kunz lived in Moscow and London, and for a few years has been calling Bucharest, Romania, his home. Although he has performed with some of the world's major orchestras and he is a well known artist, being a pianist always on the move is not easy. We interviewed Eduard for Scena9 and talked about the work behind his performances, about the effect of music upon us and the place of classical music in our noisy and chaotic lives.
