Ingredients:

Equipment:

(recipe needs a total of 3 fresh mangoes)

Graham Cracker Crust:
5 tbsp unsalted butter [71 g]

Filling:
mango flesh from 4 halves + 3 seeds (about 1 1/2 cups puree)
2 3/4 bars of full-fat cream cheese (22 oz total) [622.6 g]
5 eggs [250 g]
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest [1 g]

Mango Compote Topping:
mango flesh from 2 halves
1/4 cup water [60 mL]

Whipped Cream Decoration:
1/4 bar of full-fat cream cheese (2 oz total) [56.6 g]
1/2 cup heavy cream [120 mL]

First, this recipe looks insanely delicious! 🥭 I'm making this for sure. Last cheesecake I made was Claire Shatifs raspberry w/goat cheese cake. It was amazing & I highly recommend.
Note: her method for water bath includes saran/plastic wrap. You CAN use plastic wrap in the oven✅

Can I use the 1/3 less
