Can't u tell me how to roast peanuts with little oil to perfection. I mean raw peanuts plan with skin. How to cook should it cook in medium or high or low flame.

Thank you for your health conscious recipes can please do a recipe for kabuli Chana white and the black. Also for the corn. Would be great. May I suggest that since you use measuring cups please also use measuring spoons for us to get the exact measurements. Since sometimes every household does not have the same size spoons. Much appreciated for your recipes. Thank you
