Photoshop Elements NOT opening Raw files fix - fixed

Why updating adobe camera raw plug-in might not be enough. Some Photoshop Elements users may still have an issue with opening camera raw files because of where the installer is placing the plug in. Thanks for this, it is now opening craw from my canon mirrorless cameras. Although the raw says 14.1 and I downloaded 16.2 it still works on my photoshop 2022 was going to upgrade but now I don’t have too. Great advice thank you so much.
