Ah Helen, what delight to watch this amazing tutorial again! I bought your lovely brushes on the first run, and they’re great, but I also remember buying a set of the fantastic Rosemary & Co. Brushes around the same time as this video, only wish I had a tiny bit of your talent, I marvel at the end process when everything just comes together and has life! And I’m sure the Deep Deep Light watercolours are wonderful, but way beyond my budget, I really enjoyed watching you use brands a lot of your devoted fans have in their stash😂 thank you so much for sharing your talent and knowledge

I loved this video. The music choice was lovely. We seem to love some of the same pigments. Sometimes you just want a less involved project and including “beginner” in your title makes it easy to find. Thank you for this, Rae. 😀

Hi Helen, just been watching this week's tutorial. The coneflower watercolour is really lovely, nearly 18 minutes of pure enjoyment. A real highlight for me and escapism from the world. I also enjoyed your gouache tutorial last week as well. Lots of inspiration and very helpful tips to work from. I'm still practicing with the neocolor/watercolour demonstration of the tulip, so will let you know in due course. Have been working on a coloured paper agapanthus bud, larger than life study. Many thanks again. Gary

Hi there, Helen,
💗💗💗Just to add to my earlier questions regarding ur ref materials on tutorials, if a link for those images are not do/able, and i understand that may not be feasible, what about a possible time stamp listed within the descriptions, that tells us where to find both the color ref photos (so important) plus traceables?

If a screenshot is our means to access those ref materials, that could be helpful?

Again, ur work is so beautiful! Thank u for offering urself so generously and i continue to not miss a video by you, as i have done for years now 🦋

This is so beautiful! I will try this technique and mix some colors similar to yours. What is the pigment index for Rhodonite Genuine? The company does not share this information-perhaps it is on the back of the tube of paint!

I have all the colors except shell pink. What would you suggest? It looks a little peachy. Thanks!

I’m so confused. It says there’s a free traceable. Do you mean inside a Patreon? Because that wouldn’t be free.
