Intelligent people who testify in Congress often have to take a breath while their questioners say stupid things. Such a shame. When she had to stop and say "hmm", and "I think you are saying something that wasn't in my written or oral testimony", she knows she is dealing with an idiot, and has to wait till he's done so she can hopefully move on to someone with a brain. I fell so sorry for her, and us all.
