I farmed in the late 70's thu the late 90's, saw the introduction of the front wheel assist fixed frame tractors... it boggles my mind now they can do over 500hp... Seems today a 290 is like a utility tractor!!!

Good video! I often wonder if tractors like this will be collected 50 years from now. I have my doubts for the fact that I’m not sure the electronics will survive the test of time and also I’m not sure guys have the same connection to their equipment that they did in years past 🤔

I remember when my dad was working for a farmer slash inventor. He designed a row disc that used a three point hitch that really worked well when they couldn't get in with there version of a plow

Back when my bosses who are brothers were kids in the 70s, they worked ground using a John Deere 4020 tractor.

For moment I thought you were in Europe when I saw that disc harrow. Didn't realize anyone in the US ran those. Does a great job though.

Thanks for the video, I know most people love the 8 and 9r series but I love seeing the 6 and 7 series do work. A smaller tractor is more realistic for the land around here and nice seeing the smaller ones put in work!
