Limit Download and Upload bandwidth in pfSense per IP address

Thank you for this, it is exactly what I needed, got a pfsense box as our only net access is mobile broadband in australia, a doubke whammy of suck, and auto sensing video ears like 90% of our bandwidth. If i limit each ip to a ds1 speed, 360p should be fine and we can maybe drop under 100G a month (2 adults, 2 kids, homeschool and video essential!) I am a former net eng but thus saved me days of learning, since I am years rusty. :)

Very very nice video, makes it look so easy :)  Only slight nag is sometimes I miss the text at the bottom of screen as I am concentrating on the actual video.

A question though, how would you limit a group or range or IP addresses? eg: x.10 to x.20 share 5mb up and down?

In my case, I want to limit the bandwith per users of group of my LDAP server (AD in windows server 2012 R2)! do you know how can I do it ?
