New Orleans at World Pride Teaser

In June 2019 our team took part in the celebration of WorldPride in New York City. The parade marked the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, a series of riots led by members of the gay community in response to a police raid of the Stonewall Inn in the Greenwich neighborhood of New York City in June 1969. The Stonewall riots served as a catalyst in the gay rights movement. This year’s WorldPride parade was officially recognized as the largest ever LGBT event, with over 5 million attendees.
