Hey guys, took the summer off because I didn't have access to my computer, but now I'm back! This is a video detailing two methods dealing with digital bits in order to generate rhythm and gates for your patch. One method uses an Analog to Digital Convertor, the other a bit manipulator/bit masker.

Hope you enjoy the video! Let me know what other topics you'd like me to cover in VCV, modular, synthesizers, generative music, etc.

I just watched LMNC's video posted about a year ago that details the creation of an ADC module used to generate drum patters -- which is quite similar to how I use the ADC in this video! Big difference is that his module is clocked, making it play patterns in a much more rigid grid. Link is in the desc if you want to check out that video!
