Maybe it was Tiana, but the first thing I thought of is how some companies offer original characters in addition to the well-known ones (for example, maybe Fabiana was the name of their Unicorn Princess or another original character, just like how you have Princess Brooke)

i did a bit of digging and i think they may have been talking about Tiana, Thumbelina, Fiona or Fabiana from Yuna's Princess adventure but she's a puppeteer from the live action Pinocchio.

edit: i have some what if questions 4 u!
1. What if you came to the party just to realise the parents forgot that they booked a party princess?
2. What if like when you got to the party, they booked another party princess because they forgot they booked you so now there's 2 of the same princess? (ik u did a similar one b4 but like that one was the mum and u and it was a funny skit)
3. What if you do a character like snow white or Alice and you forget to do the accent (a lot of forgetting lol)
4. What if the child gets super angry and ruins stuff like ur party kit, the cake, etc
5. What if the parents ask you to babysit the child after the party?
6. A bit of a gross one but what if you get super sick and vomit on the cake?

Maybe she meant Moana? In the EU she's called Vaiana and that kinda sounds similar to Fabiana. Love the way you handled it though☺️

I think she is talking about a character from Pinocchio, bc there is this girl who is one of the side characters name Fabiana in Pinocchio and the girl might consider her a princess🤷‍♀️

I searched Google and it said: Fabiana is a young woman serving as Stromboli's employee for his puppet theater. She controls a ballerina puppet named "Sabina" whom Pinocchio thinks she will be his friend. Despite her injured foot, she is able to properly to control puppets during performances without complaining.
