quite amusing footage.....harpsichords are like baroque sawtooth waves

they are pretty hardcore really, similar to synths in that they have no dynamic. Perfect for rave music!

I prefer piano it must be said. When you play a harpsichord the word " sensual " DOESN'T spring to mind.

Funny to play, the only way I could get any flavour out of it was with a load of old phaser pedals and valves, distorting it into a funked out Sun Ra clav sort of sound.

Impossible to do Voodoo Rainbow style solos on, ha, though that would sound pretty wild I reckon."
