Struggle and confusion aren't me; not the Self. The mind struggles and indulges in confusion. My mind loves struggle and confusion, because struggle and confusion keep the mind/ego alive. But I do not struggle and I am not confused. I am.
I had this insight during this guided meditation. I think it's very powerful and helpful. The first time I heard it it freaked my mind out quite a bit. I had to take a break. 😆
But I keep returning to it. Thanks Sunny for this offering 🙏 🤍 ✨
