Xdeep Zeos 28 Standard BCD | Unboxing

The XDEEP Zeos 20lb Standard Wing is a traditional style complete backplate, wing, and harness system for single cylinder divers. The Stainless Steel backplate adds strength and trim weight to your BCD and the single-piece DIR-style harness is completely customisable.

Zeos 28lb Wing is a tough donut wing with plenty of lift for a single cylinder. The Wing has a tough 1100DTEX Cordura outer shell to protect the inner bladder from damage. The internal bladder itself is made from 440DTEX, so it is quite tough itself.

Stainless Steel Backplate is tough and adds some trim weight to your setup so you can take a little lead off your weight belt. A traditional design, the backplate can be used for different wing, accessories, and harnesses. If you want to change your setup at any time to dive on twins or a wing with more lift, this backplate will make it very easy.

Standard Harness is made from a single piece of 2" webbing, making it a true one-size-fits-all harness. You have full control over the length of each strap and the exact position of each D-Ring. The crotch strap holds your BCD in place no matter your position and if you're using a DPV it will give a secure attachment point.

I managed to do a dozen dives before noticing the retainer over the inflator loop. Prior to that I always threaded the inflator hose through the loop and the LPI hose outside the loop with the two other retaining bands either side of the loop which is really tidy and secure.
I looked up this video because I was like "what is this extra band for?"

All you need! and easy to upgrade as you progress to doubles. Love the basic xdeep stuff.

I've bought one for my girlfriend (I'm using twinset&xdeep hydros) and one thing that bothered me were the cambands. I couldn't tighten them properly, it was really a struggle and I had to use a lot of force. Then I bought xdeep cambands with metal buckle. It's so much easier to fasten on your cylinder and holds on much, much better. Recommended to anyone buying xdeep zeos with metal cambands instead of plastic ones.

Had some issues with mine.
* Cambelt too long for my bottles (steel 12s)
* Too short screws to attach a p-weight.
* The inflator started to leak, glued it but could maybe had it replaced on the warranty?
(Worked the last 100 dives at least)

Satisfied with it, but would have liked to be able to use it without a sta and it had been nice if it had trim pockets as standard.

It bothers me the inflator isn't a pull to dump since there isn't no other dump on the shoulder.
